Who processes the data

What data is processed
The website does not save what you choose on the page. The buttons under “What world shall we build?” only compose the text of the message, which reaches us only if you choose to send it.
When you write to us or call us, we receive the data you send us:
- your name, if you add it;
- the phone number or e-mail address you contact us from;
- what you tell us about your work and about the page you would like.
You are not obliged to send us any data. Without contact details, however, we cannot reply to you.
Why the data is processed
The data is used only to reply to you and to discuss the page you would like. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
You may object to this processing at any time; in that case, we may no longer be able to reply to you.
How long the data is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed to reply to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the work. After that, they are kept only as long as the law requires.
Who may receive the data
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you press the button, the text of the message is passed to WhatsApp so that it can be shown in the app; it reaches us only if you send it. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies.
- Google (Gmail): our e-mail provider. On a computer, the E-mail button opens Gmail in your own account, if you have one; on a phone, it opens your own e-mail app. Messages reach us through Google’s service.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: the website’s hosting provider. It may process technical data needed to display the page, such as your IP address, on the basis of the legitimate interest in displaying and protecting the website.
- Public authorities: only when the law requires it.
Some providers may transfer data outside the European Union, including to the USA, on the basis of the mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Details can be found in their privacy policies.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We do not make automated decisions based on it.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing, as provided by law. Erasure does not apply to data that we are required by law to keep.

Cookies
This website does not use cookies and does not store any information on your device. We do not use web analytics or advertising tools. That is why we do not ask for your consent to cookies.
The fonts are hosted on this same website. The “Time spent here” clock counts only while the page is open and keeps nothing. On a computer, the “Call” button only copies our number. The websites in our portfolio, WhatsApp and Gmail open only if you click on them, and from that moment their own policies apply.
